  • The Challenge

After passing a recent ISO 9001 audit, Time Machine identified several opportunities for improvement related to standards and procedures. While the internal team had received prior training, gaps remained in documentation, risk assessment, and AS9100 compliance. Without targeted support, the company risked non-conformities in future audits—potentially jeopardizing key customer relationships and growth goals.

  • The Solution

To address these concerns, Time Machine partnered with NWIRC and Coppola Enterprises to launch an internal ISO 9001 Audit Training Program. Our Strategic Business Advisor worked closely with company leadership to scope a solution aligned with their operational goals and audit timeline. Drawing on decades of experience, our ISO partner provided hands-on training and consulting in 1) internal audit preparation and execution, 2) risk assessment and data analysis, 3) AS9100 employee training, and 4) document control and management review. The project was designed to reinforce continuous learning and equip Time Machine’s internal auditors with the skills needed to maintain compliance and support future growth.
