Northwest Industrial Resource Center added a new workshop to the training lineup for Fall. This program will allow participants to begin to think differently, allowing them to better understand how to find the root cause of a problem and then create long-term sustainable solutions.  Participants will walk away with new tools and resources that they will practice in class and be able to implement immediately upon their return to their organization. Lessons include learning how we think, how to exercise mental muscles, developing core critical thinking skills, active learning vs. passively receiving information, how to find the root cause of a problem, 4 basic problem solving steps, and creating solutions.

The instructor for the workshop is Lisa Pustelak, founder and CEO of LEDGE Enterprises and is scheduled for September 21, 2017 from 8:30am-3:30pm in Erie.
