NWIRC is partnering with the Autism Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania this spring to offer an employer workshop, Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace, in a few locations across the  region.

The programs are geared for manufacturing employers (although beneficial for all) to educate leadership, managers, and HR professionals about the importance of embracing neurodiversity in the workplace.
