Manufacturing Career Readiness Training
NWIRC’s Manufacturing Career Readiness Training serves as an extension of your company’s onboarding process – by providing employees basic career readiness, communication, problem-solving skills, and motivation. The program is career-focused versus job-focused – with the ultimate goal of helping individuals successfully integrate into your company’s culture and become long-term, loyal employees. The training is also beneficial for employees who need to enhance their soft skills. The training includes a series of (4) weekly virtual 90-minute sessions held via Zoom. Participants will need a computer with internet, video camera, and audio capabilities for the live and interactive sessions.
