Manufacturing Career Readiness Training

Series of (4) weekly, 90-minute virtual sessions are scheduled each month for manufacturing companies to enroll their new hires. An employee can start attending the sessions at any point in the schedule, as there will be a continuous rolling schedule over the period of six months. The training serves as an extension of the employer’s onboarding process by providing employees with basic career readiness, communication and problem-solving skills, and motivation. (Currently available at no cost for Jefferson, Elk, Clearfield, Potter, Cameron, and McKean counties, thanks to a grant through the North Central PREP COVID-19 Recovery Initiative.)

Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Training
