Module 3: Prompt Like a Pro
Practice effective prompts and tool interaction strategies. Learn advanced prompting techniques, understand how to provide clear instructions, and develop strategies for consistent, high-quality AI output. Â
Module 4: Use AI in Your Role
Apply Al to HR, marketing, finance, or operations tasks. Implement Al tools for common workflows in your role to enhance productivity and address department-specific challenges.Â
Week 3: February 12
Module 5: Automate with Agentic AI
Explore no-code automations and multi-step agents. Learn how to create automated workflows that combine multiple Al tools, set up recurring processes, and implement time-saving systems.Â
Module 6: Lead AI-Augmented Teams
Understand new responsibilities, risks, and best practices. Guide teams through Al adoption, establish governance frameworks, and create policies that maximize benefits while minimizing risks.
Week 4: February 19
Module 7: Ethics, Bias & Responsible Use
Build awareness of bias, hallucinations, and misuse. Develop frameworks for the ethical use of Al, learn to identify and mitigate biases, and establish responsible use guidelines for your organization. Â
Module 8: Capstone Project
Design one Al-enhanced workflow from your job. Apply everything you’ve learned to create a practical, immediately applicable solution tailored to your role and organization.
