This two-day course will provide you with a detailed overview of the AS 9100 (Rev C.) requirements. It is also designed to prepare you to conduct internal audits to the AS 9100 (Rev C.) Standard.
Overview: Following the overview of each requirement, examples of how to comply with the requirement are provided. These examples include the records that an auditor will look for during a registration or internal audit, as well as audit scenarios for discussion. This will provide you with practice in determining compliance with AS 9100 requirements.
Internal Auditing: Once you have learned about the requirements, you will learn the basics of auditing including the right questions to ask during an interview, proper interviewing techniques and the tools of auditing. This section includes the auditor and lead auditor responsibilities and how to participate as an audit team member. After reviewing the auditing techniques, you will be provided with case studies to practice your auditing skills and will be asked to identify nonconformities. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an AS9100 Overview and Internal Auditor training certificate.
The course is geared towards perspective internal auditors, lead auditors, compliance managers, quality managers, management representatives, anyone with quality responsibilities.

Instructor: Vincent Zottola, COO of TQS Services Inc. is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor. He has a degree in Business Administration and Master’s in Industrial Relations.has 30 years of consulting experience in quality, environmental and safety management systems development and implementation. He has experience working as a Director of Quality and as an ISO 9000 management representative, and has successfully implemented over 100 ISO 9000 programs.
