The focus of this course is to give participants an understanding of how to properly identify, plan, and execute an effective Kaizen event. Participants will gain an understanding of the process steps to run an effective Kaizen event and establish the tools to sustain the improvement.

Payment must be received, in full, prior to training/event start date. If the registered individual cannot attend, you may substitute another individual. At least a 2-day notice is appreciated.

If the registered individual cannot attend, or make a substitution, and wishes to cancel, a full refund will be issued with ten business days or more notice. Please note that no refund will be issued with less than a 10 business day notice.

A full refund will be given if NWIRC should cancel the training/event.
