The focus of this course is to give participants a basic knowledge of how to establish an effective Kanban system. Participants will gain an understanding of the elements of the replenishment cycle, how to properly size the Kanban, how to implement Pull techniques, and how to incorporate visual management to properly manage the Kanban system.
