Through high-energy activities, industrial-relevant videos, examples, and discussions, they will learn how to build trust and strengthen relationships, while mobilizing their teams to generate solutions and achieve goals.

About the Presenter: Molly Reichard, Culture Development Advisor
As NWIRC’s Culture Development Advisor, Molly leads employee development training geared for manufacturing companies across 13 counties of northwest and north central Pennsylvania during public sessions and onsite at their facilities. Molly is a certified DDI Facilitator, a certified Working Genius facilitator, and also the coordinator & facilitator for NWIRC’s Lean Together™ program.
