As a leader, every minute of every day counts. In those minutes, leaders need to make the most of conversations with their team members. Through high-energy activities, industrial-relevant videos, examples, and discussions, they will learn how to build trust and strengthen relationships, while mobilizing their teams to generate solutions and achieve goals.

About the Presenter: Lisa Dach, Culture Development Advisor

Lisa Dach serves as a Culture Development Advisor at NWIRC, building on her experience as a Strategic Business Advisor since joining the organization in 2021. She brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with leaders and teams to better understand their challenges, clarify priorities, and identify practical paths forward. Lisa works alongside manufacturers to support leadership development, improve communication, and strengthen workplace culture through human centered culture and process improvements. Lisa’s background in facilitation, training, and leadership coaching allows her to guide thoughtful conversations, support sustainable change, and help organizations build capabilities that endure over time.
