You’ll focus on the few most critical priorities to measure progress and hold yourself, and your team members, accountable against the metrics. Explore best practices for accountability, such as determining and communicating accountability—including consequences. The Strategy Execution Tool helps capture in one place your top priorities, progress and outcome measures, and those accountable for achieving the priorities.

As NWIRC’s Culture Development Advisor, Molly leads employee development training geared for manufacturing companies across 13 counties of northwest and north central Pennsylvania during public sessions and onsite at their facilities.
