We are well aware of the data risks that increasingly accessible AI tools are creating for organizations across the United States. Yet despite its role in guiding responsible AI use and mitigating these risks, effective governance often receives far less attention than the technology itself.
Join us for an interactive workshop exploring how to structure an AI use policy that gives employees clear guidance without hindering productivity gains. We will dive into what makes an effective AI policy, including the difference between guiding and restrictive approaches, where AI exists across your organization, the risks associated with different tools, and how to establish clear expectations around data, human oversight, AI literacy, and accountability.
Designed as a highly interactive session, attendees will participate in live polling, discussions, and real-world exercises that connect AI governance concepts to their own workplace challenges.
