He worked over a decade in heavy manufacturing controlling injuries and overhead expenses for organizations such as Chamberlain Manufacturing and Anchor Hocking Glass. His manufacturing responsibilities included safety, environmental, maintenance, general supervision, corporate management, and human resources.
