This workshop is designed to introduce participant the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, the auditing process, audit instruments and the documentation process. Participants will learn how to conduct an audit, write the audit report, and take corrective action. Using a combination of lecture, discussion and auditing case studies participants will develop skills for identifying non-conformance and promoting continual improvement within their service or manufacturing organizations.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this 3-day course, participants will have the ability to more effectively:
- Understand ISO 9001:2015 QMS and the underlying Quality Management Principles.
- Understand the organizations products, services and processes – and how they relate to the Quality Management System
- Gain the ability to apply the principles, procedures and techniques of process auditing.
- Apply the personal attributes necessary for the effective and efficient internal auditing
