With the release of the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard, companies are faced with the task of transitioning their existing Quality Management System. This 3-hour course will inform organizational management, including owners; executive leadership; department management; management representatives; internal ISO auditors; and process owners, how ISO 9001:2015 will impact their current Quality Management System (QMS). It will stress the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and what changes they might have to make as a result of the transition. This course will assist in developing an effective transition plan.

At the end of this course, participants should be able to understand:

• The changes for ISO 9001:2015 and how the changes apply to their QMS.
• Their roles in both the transition and maintenance of their updated QMS.
• How to roll out the changes to the organization and lead the transition effectively and efficiently.
• The transition timing and steps needed to engage the registrar.
