Join us for the kick-off NWIRC’s Lean Together™ cohorts 1.0 and 2.0!

Lean Together is a collaborative learning group for building a culture of continuous improvement, based on concepts from the book, 2 Second Lean by Paul Akers. This monthly program includes classroom sessions and facility tours. In addition, your company will have access to an online platform for on-demand learning about the Foundations of Lean, 8 Wastes, and 5S to engage all employees.

Lean Together™ addresses business priorities including:

• Meeting current customer demand and quality expectations more profitably
• Improving operations to better compete on new business opportunities
• Providing a workplace environment that attracts and retains the best employees
