Cost: $750 for three classes

Leadership requires enhanced communication skills, effective coaching abilities – to coach for success and to improve performance, ability to resolve conflicts, and executing strategy. This three-part, in-person series in St Marys will provide the skills and tools necessary to be an effective frontline leader.

Register for the entire series for a savings, or just an individual session.

• Session Three: Workplace Conflict Resolution – May 21st

About the Presenter: Molly Reichard, Culture Development Advisor

As NWIRC’s Culture Development Advisor, Molly leads employee development training geared for manufacturing companies across 13 counties of northwest and north central Pennsylvania during public sessions and onsite at their facilities. Molly is a certified DDI Facilitator, a certified Working Genius facilitator, and also the coordinator & facilitator for NWIRC’s Lean Together™ program.
