This course is a continuation of the Lean Champion Certification series and will delve into two additional Lean principles.
5S (Sort, Set-In-Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) is a series of activities designed to improve workplace organization and standardization. Participants learn 5S concepts and then gain firsthand experience by transforming a cluttered, disorganized production area into a clean, organized, and orderly workplace.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reviews variables to assess, analyze, and track identified processes.
