Building a culture of continuous improvement requires all employees, both production and administrative, to have a basic understanding of lean principles and how they can be applied. The class combines lecture and

Manufacturers who embed a culture of continuous improvement frequently report cost savings, efficiency increases, and job satisfaction gains as a result of attending Lean Basic Training.
