Gain hands-on training and one-on-one assignments that pertain to your manufacturing business. This program includes 4 sessions, presented once a week for 4 weeks. Introduction to Principles of Lean Manufacturing on day one and Value Stream Mapping/Analysis on day two can be scheduled as separate training.

Day Two: November 6

• Value Stream Mapping

Day Three: November 13

• 5S/Key Performance Indicators

Day Four: November 20

• Setup Reduction/Kaizen/Kanban
