We all need a little motivation from time to time. It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day and all the problems we need to solve. It takes some effort to stay motivated and focused on your goals. NWIRC is excited to help with our Motivational Mondays in Manufacturing Series starting in 2026. A 30 minute webinar will be offered at no charge the 3rd Monday of each month at noon. Monthly topics will vary and requests will be accepted. Join us for a dose of motivation to finish your month strong. This program will be hosted by NWIRC’s Culture Development Manager, Lisa Pustelak.
About the Instructor: Lisa Pustelak
Lisa Pustelak is NWIRC’s Culture Development Manager. She has over 25 years of experience working with companies to help people develop their potential. Lisa is a certified Professional Coach through Duquesne University, certified Balance Score Card Professional, certified DDI Facilitator, and a member of Women in Manufacturing, NTMA, Association of Talent Development, and PA Business and Professional Women. She develops leaders and employees with onsite or public training programs on topics such as critical thinking, leadership development, communication skills, strategic planning, culture development, and coaching.
