Shane has 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management, leadership, and lean transformation. He earned his BS in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University – Bozeman in 2002. In 2006, he earned his Master’s in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University – Bozeman

If the registered individual cannot attend, or make a substitution, and wishes to cancel, a full refund will be issued with ten business days or more notice. Please note that no refund will be issued with less than a 10 business day notice.

A full refund will be given if NWIRC should cancel the training/event.
