This highly interactive training equips supervisors with a practical system for improving employee performance through clear expectations, consistent feedback, and effective coaching. Participants will learn how to move beyond repeating the same conversations by using a simple “Accountability Loop” to track performance, provide specific feedback, coach in the moment, and follow up for results. Through a people-centered leadership approach, leaders will coach the person—not just correct the problem—while building accountability, improving communication, and driving measurable improvements on the shop floor.
If you find yourself repeating the same feedback without seeing change, this hands-on training offers a clear, practical approach to driving performance through consistent tracking, meaningful feedback, and real-time coaching. Participants will learn how to recognize what employees are doing right, identify small improvement opportunities, and coach through the work to build skills and confidence. By the end of the session, leaders will walk away with tools they can use immediately to strengthen accountability, improve team performance, and create lasting behavior change.
