Employers are becoming more and more aware and responsive to the overall health of their employees, including their mental, social, and financial health. Employees who are happy and healthy in a holistic way in their personal life, are also happier and more productive at work. Providing financial education for employees can enable proactive planning for the future and help relieve stress. NWIRC is pleased to partner with the Women In Manufacturing Western PA Chapter and PNC Bank to bring you this Personal Financial Wellness series for sharing with your employees.
Women and Investing
When it comes to investing, women may face a unique set of challenges that male colleagues often do not. This workshop highlights the challenges women face when investing for retirement and offers options to help mitigate the impact these challenges pose.
