Are you feeling emotionally, physically and spiritually tapped out? Recent events have left so many of us drained. Many of us are feeling a little untethered, especially while we are at work. We are in a moment in time when we need to be more intentional about developing our thoughts, behaviors and actions in a resilient way. Focusing on our personal and collective resilience is actually one thing that we can control right now. Join us for a virtual Lunch and Learn where we will talk about what it means to be resilient in today’s workplace. We will touch on some key areas in our discussion: · Examining the pressure, adversity and uncertainty that wears on our ability to focus and complete tasks. · A review of the science behind “survival mode.” · What is the role of self awareness? · Tips & Tools to increase resilience. Speaker: Angie Shirey, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Spero Group, LLC

You will receive information for Zoom after you have registered for the event.
