Instructor: Kevin Smith HCS, SPHR; President and Owner of VIE Associates
Kevin is a performance management consultant and certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS). He has spent the majority of his career assisting leaders in improving organizational performance and maximizing human resources. Kevin has consulted organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit, and educational sectors. He holds a degree in Business Management and Business Finance from Mercyhurst College.
Kevin also has over 10 years in Quality Management consulting and experience. He is a certified provisional lead auditor for both the ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards and has training credentials recognized by RABQSA International.
