The 10-hour (2 1/2 days) TWI Job Instruction class teaches the method to instruct operators how to perform a job correctly, safely and conscientiously. Job Instruction requires you to identify the ‘one best way’ and teach the process to that one way…thereby creating a standard method. Benefits experienced when practicing Job Instruction are reduced training time, less scrap and rework, fewer accidents, and increased job satisfaction.
