Resolving Workplace Conflict helps leaders address tension early, respond with confidence, and turn difficult situations into productive conversations. Built around practical tools for recognizing the signs and root causes of conflict, this session teaches participants how to determine when to coach, when to mediate, and how to guide employees toward ownership and resolution. Through discussion, reflection, and skill practice, participants learn how to reduce escalation, ask powerful questions, manage emotions, and create solutions that protect relationships, strengthen accountability, and support team performance. This course is ideal for supervisors, managers, and team leads who want to handle workplace conflict in a more constructive, consistent, and effective way.

About the Presenter: Lisa Dach

Lisa Dach serves as a Culture Development Advisor at NWIRC, building on her experience as a Strategic Business Advisor since joining the organization in 2021. She brings more than 20 years of experience partnering with leaders and teams to better understand their challenges, clarify priorities, and identify practical paths forward. Lisa works alongside manufacturers to support leadership development, improve communication, and strengthen workplace culture through human centered culture and process improvements. Lisa’s background in facilitation, training, and leadership coaching allows her to guide thoughtful conversations, support sustainable change, and help organizations build capabilities that endure over time.
