Hileman Named Chair of Western PA Chapter of Women in Manufacturing

Susan Hileman, NWIRC Strategic Business Advisor, was recently named Chair of the Western PA Chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM). WiM is dedicated to supporting, promoting and inspiring women who are pursuing or have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. WiM encompasses manufacturers of all types and welcomes individuals from every job function – from the shop floor to the C-Suite.

Susan joined the NWIRC in March of 2006, is a Galliard-trained Family Business Advisor, and is an Innovation Engineering Green Belt. She assists manufacturers with business growth opportunities who are located in Mercer, Venango, Forest, and Clarion Counties, along with the Titusville area. Susan has degrees in Business Management and Speech Communications from Clarion University, is a Masters’ degree candidate in Organizational Leadership, and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
