Growing up in a community where manufacturing was often associated with environmental concerns or economic challenges and the predominant narrative was the pursuit of a four-year degree for success. But life has its twists. After exploring various roles across industries, I found my calling in manufacturing. It’s a decision I cherish and would never reconsider. There is a lot of untapped potential in manufacturing.
