Describe your path to get to where you are today.
My journey into manufacturing was anything but conventional. Growing up in a community where manufacturing was often associated with environmental concerns or economic challenges and the predominant narrative was the pursuit of a four-year degree for success. But life has its twists. After exploring various roles across industries, I found my calling in manufacturing. It’s a decision I cherish and would never reconsider. There is a lot of untapped potential in manufacturing.
What is your Superpower?
I pride myself on my ability to learn quickly and independently. In today’s digital age, self-learning has never been more accessible, and I capitalize on that. Coupled with a talent for understanding and connecting with people, I’ve honed the art of crafting genuine relationships tailored to our customers’ needs. Additionally, resourcefulness is second nature to me, ensuring I get the best out of the tools and opportunities presented.

The realm of sales and marketing might be evolving with technological advancements like AI, but the human touch remains irreplaceable. The future is promising for those who can merge technology with genuine human connection. Authentic relationships in manufacturing will always be sought after, and I believe there’s immense potential for those inspired by this path.
