Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects typically spin off $25K to $50K (or more) in process improvement cost savings, according to Megan Burns, Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In fact, she had a training participant that worked on a company inventory reduction project that resulted in a $100,000+ savings over a 12-month period. Burns will be the instructor for an upcoming training for manufacturers (and other industries) in the St Marys region. Whether an individual looking to become certified or a company with the initiative to train one or more employees, the training offers post-course coaching for the project that the participant brings to the class. The 9-session course will run in June, July and August for 3-consecutive days each month….starting on June 20th.

Megan Burns has more than 20 years of industrial engineering and supply chain management experience.
