The Lean Together™ working group from Mercer County were at Thompson Fabricating in Wheatland PA yesterday for their monthly meeting. The group participants had a company tour by their host, and they were able to see first-hand a stand-up team meeting. At the company’s stand-up team meeting, they review their metrics for the week, talk about teamwork, and give shout-outs to others that helped them. They also discuss challenges they’ve faced, safety issues, and 2 Second Lean improvements they’ve implemented.
