Level Up Your Team: Six Types of Working Genius

Did you know that the NWIRC Team includes two certified facilitators of Six Types of Working Genius? Culture Development Manager, Lisa Pustelak and Culture Development Advisor, Molly Reichard are trained to work with teams at manufacturing companies to help each employee discover their ‘working genius’ and improve trust, practice healthy conflict, and develop more open and honest communication practices – all leading to a more cohesive and effective team. It’s not just another personality test. The Working Genius model distills the abilities needed for any kind of work into six categories, so people can quickly identify their talents and what tasks make them thrive. It’s the only tool of its kind that is applied to work. Individuals walk away with a greater understanding of the type of work that makes them thrive while also providing teams with a better way to think about their dynamics, projects, meetings, and hiring.
