This intensive 9-month program was over the course of 141 hours, with the majority of hours qualifying as requirements for the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Key learning included intentional change coaching theory, coaching the person not the problem, coaching around emotions, ethics, mindfulness, and ICF competencies.

As part of her repertoire of practice at NWIRC, Pustelak will now provide ‘intentional change coaching’ to manufacturing leaders. Coaching is a one-on-one transformational experience meant to meet people where they are. It’s a valuable personal and professional development tool to support high-performing individuals as they manage change, develop their potential, acclimate to a new role, prepare for additional responsibilities, and/or identify behaviors that are preventing growth.

“Coaching is unlocking people’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them learn rather than teaching them.”  – Sir John Whitmore
