Keith R. Szewczyk, CEO of Bliley Technologies, is a keynote speaker for the upcoming Manufacturers Growth Conference in Erie on May 18th. During his presentation, Growing People and Changing Culture, he will focus on why growing people starts with a clear vision that has measurable success and is constantly communicated. Szewczyk has 20+ years of global product growth leadership within executive roles at General Electric (GE) and Finmeccanica. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Point Park University. Bliley Technologies is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of low noise frequency control products, and privately owned and operated since 1930. Sunburst Electronics is a subsidiary of Bliley Technologies, and a manufacturer of low to high volume complex electronic assemblies. Both companies are located in Erie, PA.
