Julia Herzing, Attorney with Knox Law, to speak at Manufacturers Growth Conference in St Marys.

Julia Herzing, Attorney with Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C., is a featured speaker for the upcoming Manufacturers Growth Conference in St Marys on May 17th, hosted by Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC).

Her presentation, Trump Change, will focus on what manufacturers should expect from the Trump Administration. Federal government policies, positions and regulations often have an impact on the growth of manufacturers. This apolitical presentation will provide manufacturers with a better understanding of what to expect under the new Administration. She will provide a closer look at what changes the Trump Administration is likely to bring to federal employment laws like OSHA, FLSA, the Affordable Care Act, as well as the Trump Administration’s impact on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Herzing’s practice focuses on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. She works with both private and public employers, counseling and representing clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, and collective bargaining. Her practice also includes representing employers in defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. Herzing graduated, cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law and has a B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University.

The Manufacturers Growth Conference will be held in St Marys (May 17) and Erie (May 18) from 7:30am-4:00pm. Herzing’s colleague at Knox Law, Robert Zaruta, will present this topic at the conference in Erie.

The event is sponsored by PNC, Knox Law, and Ben Franklin Technology Partners and information will focus on ‘growing people’ and ‘growing revenue’. Visit NWIRC’s Event Schedule to find the location near you for more details on speakers, topics, venue, and to register.
