Don Moore 4Don Moore, Partner, Decision Associates M&A LLC     Don founded Decision Associates in 1984, and since that time, he and his team have helped hundreds of businesses, nonprofits, school districts, government agencies and authorities develop strategies for growth and improvement. He began his career in a management program at Erie Technological Products and circulated positions in the company annually, starting in sales, then manufacturing, followed by planning and materials management and finally, on the team running their oldest and largest business unit. He later joined newly launched Spectrum Control, a very fast growing company and one of Erie’s finest companies today.

 

BJ Lechner- 4B.J. Lechner, Partner, Decision Associates M&A LLC B.J. has over 40 years’ experience as a successful business owner and as a board member to many of the region’s largest and most influential non-profit organizations. Following his successful career as a business owner, B.J. joined the Northwest Industrial Resource Center to work with small and medium manufacturing companies. After retiring as NWIRC Executive Director in 2012, he wanted to continue work in the business arena and joined Decision Associates M & A.

 

S-HilemanSusan Hileman, Strategic Business Advisor, NWIRC

Susan has been with NWIRC for 10 years and works with small to mid-sized manufacturers in  Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Forest, and Clarion Counties. She is trained as a Galliard Small Business Advisor and is an Innovation Engineering Green Belt. She is former Director of Employer and Training Services for Northwest PA Workforce Development Board and Director of Development for Precision Manufacturing Institute. Susan has degrees in Business Management and Speech Communications from Clarion University, is a Master’s degree candidate in Organizational Leadership, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

The program will be held on April 19th from 3:00-5:00pm at Knowledge Center, 5240 Knowledge Parkwy, Erie (Penn State Erie Campus, conveniently off I-90).
