What or who fueled your interest in manufacturing?

I started working with my dad at the age of 5 in his construction business. I have always enjoyed the process of building things. I enjoy starting with an idea and ending up with a finished product. That fueled my passion for manufacturing.

As Production Supervisor, I lead the workforce to meet the production needs of Onex. I implement my ideas to manufacture new molds for any new products. I organize and manage the daily activities of shipping and receiving and precast. I perform all the stress relieving metals.

Describe your path to get to where you are today.

From 5 years of age, until the age of 27, I worked in construction. At the age of 22, I was managing and running my Dad’s company. In 2000, I was hired at a foundry where I gained the interest of melting metals. In 2015, I was hired as a driver at Onex. I worked at Onex in the areas of precast and mold making until I moved into my current role.

What is your Superpower?

I have the ability and knowledge to make the impossible possible when it comes to mold making. I have a unique way of thinking outside the box.

It matters to the customer because of the quality I demand.  I try to instill core values in my team.

What do you think the future holds for your career or others you inspire?

I hope to move up in the company and explore different roles that I can excel at. I hope to inspire others that hard work always moves you in a positive manner.
