Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC) offers an upcoming course with hands-on lessons for constructing and analyzing both product and process FMEAs.

Objectives of the course include:

The course is scheduled for May 3, 2016 from 8:00am-4:00pm at Knowledge Center in Erie, PA. Instructor, Sara Goncus, is the Director of Training and Development with Operations Strategy Consulting, LLC. Goncus holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, an RABQSA  certified QMS internal auditor, and a certified AIAG ISO/TS 16949 auditor. Prior to joining Operations Strategy, she worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for Lockheed Martin at Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico.
