Sawyer the RobotNorthwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC) plans an upcoming workshop, presented by The Proud Company, as an introduction to a new class of inexpensive, easy to deploy robots that are changing how manufacturers think about automation. Gone are the days of massive capital expenditures on expensive, fixed automation. By leveraging robots to perform mundane, highly repetitive tasks, innovative manufacturers are becoming agile and gaining a distinct competitive advantage.  Join us to see a robot in action and explore this game-changing technology. Presidents, VPs, owners, CEOs, and plant managers are encouraged to attend. This will not be a technical demonstration, but rather a conversation about how adopting this kind of technology can positively affect your bottom line. The program is free of charge and will be held on April 27 from 9:00-11:30am at the Knowledge Center in Erie.
