Congratulations to our newest Lean Champion graduates who just completed the NWIRC’s 4-part Lean Champion Certification Course. The program reviewed in detail the seven principals of Lean and included hands-on training and one-on-one assignments pertaining to each of the participants manufacturing business. Instructor for the course was Vie Associates’ Lean and Continuous Improvement Consultant, Craig Corsi.
Lean is all about continuous improvement. Improving quality, efficiency, change management, workplace safety, employee engagement, and the bottom line. Creating and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement involves trained leadership who will engage the entire organization in the process. Becoming a Lean Champion is the first step!
