Doing Business with DLA 2016Manufacturers and machine shops looking for new opportunities in 2016 may want to consider a special workshop presented by the Northwest Commission Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). The free training program, Doing Business with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), will be held on February 24th from 9:00am-12noon at their headquarters in Oil City, PA (395 Seneca Street). Manufacturers will learn potential areas of opportunity and how to navigate the system. The session will cover how and what the DLA buys and provide attendees with basic knowledge of how to use the agency’s internet bid board system (DIBBS) and technical data forms (c-Folders) to find and bid on solicitations.
