Manufacturers in Northwest PA have a great resource nearby to help their business grow in 2016 and beyond. Susan Hileman is one of the Northwest Industrial Resource Center’s Strategic Business Advisors and links manufacturers to the management services of NWIRC consultants and affiliates. Her mission is to help manufacturers accelerate growth through identifying roadblocks and developing customized solutions focusing on companies in Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Forest, and Clarion Counties. She is the lead consultant for the NWIRC’s CoreValue Assessment Services.
Susan has been with NWIRC for 10 years. She is trained as a Galliard Small Business Advisor and is an Innovation Engineering Green Belt. She is former Director of Employer and Training Services for Northwest PA Workforce Development Board and Director of Development for Precision Manufacturing Institute. Susan has a degrees in Business Management and Speech Communications from Clarion University, is a Master’s degree candidate in Organizational Leadership, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
