North Central Pennsylvania manufacturers are lucky to have access to Tom Weible, one of the Northwest Industrial Resources Center’s Strategic Business Advisor (SBA). Tom is the link between manufacturers and the services of NWIRC and private-sector affiliates. His mission is to help manufacturers accelerate growth through identifying roadblocks and developing customized solutions.
