Additive manufacturing is all the craze right now, but how does it fit into your shop? The Northwestern PA Chapter of National Tooling and Machining Association (NWPA NTMA) IT Team is hosting a program for companies to learn how additive manufacturing can play a role in their own shop, what the new additive technologies are, and how they fit into the supply chain.  Presenter for the program is Doug Leicht, Principal Engineer from LORD Corporation, who will speak to a variety of related topics, including:

• Prototype production parts faster and accurately
• Augment your shop’s current capabilities
• Gain part design freedom, predictable production, and lower your prototype and production costs
• Tips on which 3D printers and devices may best fit your business

The program will be held on February 16th at 4:30pm at Nick’s Place in Edinboro, PA. Cost of the program is $15 (includes beverages and appetizers). Click here to register for the program with NTMA.
