Creating and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement involves trained leadership who will engage the entire organization in the process. Becoming a Lean Champion is the first step!

Congratulations to our newest Lean Champion graduates who just completed the NWIRC’s 4-part Lean Champion Certification Course. The program reviewed in detail the seven principals of Lean and included hands-on training and one-on-one assignments pertaining to each participants manufacturing business. Instructor for the course was Vie Associates’ Lean and Continuous Improvement Consultant, Craig Corsi.
