All are welcome to attend the Northwest Industrial Resource Center’s special Lean Together event – People-Centric Leadership – featuring ’employee involvement’ expert Stephen Ansuini. People-centric leaders focus on growing people as their key to success for continuous improvement. With over twenty-years working for Toyota supporting one of their world-wide regional training centers and then coaching other manufacturing companies, Steve will share insights and experiences of how companies reap higher gains by focusing more on people versus the bottom line.

Steve Ansuini started at Toyota in Skilled Trades Development with responsibility for developing intermediate and advanced maintenance training. Throughout his career with Toyota, he provided training in job instruction, job relations, leader coaching, problem solving quality circle, and Visual Manual user support for North America (17 sites). As owner of Employee Development Center, he has worked with manufacturing companies on employee involvement (IE) and Lean capability building realizing significant reductions of safety incidents, improved inventory turns, and reduced costs of operations.

The program will be held at the Ambassador Conference Center (7794 Peach Street, Erie) on Thursday, April 5 from 8:00-11:00. Cost is $25 per person and includes breakfast. Click here to register.
