Manufacturers looking to transform their companies by investing in supervisors, managers, team leaders, and other high potential and motivated Individuals can now look to the Manufacturing Excellence professional development program. It’s a workshop intensive that is a deep-dive into lean elements to initiative transformational change.
Participants get hands-on experience and professional mentoring. The training prepares them for the nationally recognized certificate or credential for SME Lean Bronze. Companies who support development of employees towards this certification can accelerate their progress toward implementation of operational excellence, regardless of the starting point; engage more employees in improving company performance; and bolster reputation as an employer of choice for top talent. With certified employees, companies can tactically implement lean principles, concepts, methods, and tools within work cells, work groups, and value streams. This drives improvements and measurable results. Historically, return-on-investment for projects implemented by employees trained in operational excellence tools has been cited as netting $10K+ per project.
