The NWIRC’s Lean Champion Program was instrumental in my development to become our plant’s Continuous Improvement Coordinator. It provided me the foundation of knowledge I needed to be able to spearhead projects and lead teams through our company’s Lean journey. Since then 11 more of our employees have completed the program and are actively engaged in our continuous improvement efforts. It’s been valuable for the development of our people.
