Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC) will offer several programs this Spring featuring Kevin Smith, President of Vie Associates, to support the efforts of NW PA manufacturer’s with ISO 9001.
Smith conducts many of the NWIRC’s quality-related trainings, including ISO 9001 Internal Audit and ISO/TS 16949. In addition to quality, he specializes in human resource development, talent management, and team building. Previous courses instructed by Smith have netted him near perfect evaluation scores with notable comments, such as:
